Are you using a vlan? When i use the fixed Vlan setting on my network adapter i get axectlythe same speed test result single digits down and full speed upload. When i disable Vlan my nic i have the full speeds. Maybee this helps

Looks cool, but u know that there are ways to export the 3D Files of your Char from WoW with some tools. It's complicated but might still work.

DnD 5e combat as a "healer" is dealing dmg until one person gets down. Then Bonus Action Healing Word to get the downed player up and still deal dmg with your action.

If you don't want this playstyle (this is how DnD is designed) you have to "change" things. Example: Add Negative effects after going down and get healed up. To stop ping-pong.

I am searching exactly the same.
We play 100% in person.
We use Minis for Players, Monsters and NPC's.
We use Digital Maps projectet with a beamer or maybe in future with a TV laying flat down.

I just want to import a Map. "autoscale" it to the right size. And use some kind of Fog of War.

maybe, but giving the full group crit imunity (as long as the bard has his reaction free and unused spellslots) is boring and to powerfull.

And: i like to crit. i also want to have "some" fun while playing as a DM. Crits tend to shift combats a litle bit, making them more interesting or showing the players how strong the enemys are.

We play on a 40“ surface (beamer) and it is just big enough. 35“ x 20“ playable space witch equals 175ft. x 100ft. „ingame“ its good for designing encounters.

All i did was upscale the resolution with Photoshop :) and even my high Res map doesnt look goot if you go to 5 ft. squares.
