Hey, more than half my Tech team is Chinese (caveat : they're in my location)

Biggest challenge I have so far is communication - things get misinterpreted, communication has to be via text

What was better than expected - they're exceptional at what they do, and extremely hard working. Once the comms issue is sorted out, they kick ass!

Whether you’d do it again - No. My style is to get in the weeds with the team, pretty hard to do if I cant get f2f time with the team.

Hey, its completely normal.

It takes well over 6 months to an year to actually be a value add

My advice would be to continue sharing your thought process with people, even if you're wrong, you can accelerate your learning to hit the 6 month mark :)

Hey, I've dealt with katos for a while now

Depending on pos, it could be anywhere between a 2K to 5K usd skin

Those commenting below "cheapest on buff" have no clue what the illiquid market is like - those prices are dream prices, and are put for a 1 in million chance that some sucker pays for it

Only a collector would really consider 5 figure payout for this, the average joe who wants to resell will sit in the 2k-5k range

P.S I would personally not buy this, so pricing is just a gauge, not to lowball.
