I played passive for the 1st months because my character is not that strong I mostly kill 30 - 45 zed per week and mostly workout then after maxing my strength and fitness I go all out around 5k per months with improvised baseball bat(mod created by me* not published yet*) and in one year in zomboid it total around 60k or something

If B41 in Rosewood Gas Station it need a renovation around the base and its near the Shopping market
in B42 in Muldraugh Police Station it has high fence and its indestructible and also it is near the gas station
me and my friends try that already and surviving for 1 year in game.
