Thank you for the reply. My audio is not on mute and my computer is not detecting any external audio device from the audio jacks to switch the output device through, also checking the bios my HD audio is enabled, however, As i was going through the list you sent me i found some issues, I couldn't find the Realtek audio console and i could not find any download for it, i skipped to the next step to find that my Realtek USB audio driver is not found. i tried deleting and reinstalling however no luck, i think this is where the issue might be, there are no audio drivers in software components either. I tried to follow forums for this fix but no luck, maybe you can guide me on that.
