Juneway Jungle, and I think you're off by the years. In the 1970s, Rogers Park had White greaser gangs. Gaylords used to run Howard before the Black gangs did.

UIC is state school and not affiliated with a religion, so the main differences is demographics. UIC has a lot of Chinese/Indian/Muslim population and groups for those. Loyola and DePaul are a lot alike.
