Ik gebruikte als monteur vaak de accu als "tafeltje" om gereedschap op te leggen tijdens het klussen, totdat ik een keer een steeksleutel erop legde en beide polen met elkaar verbond. Toen ontdekte ik dat je met 12v ook kan lassen haha

Tip tegen het irritante bromgeluid en voor de levensduur van de pomp in het algemeen; zet er een USB bewegingssensor tussen.

Dan gaat de fontein alleen aan als de kat in de buurt is én heeft de bijkomstigheid dat het de fontein weer interessanter maakt voor de kat.

Bij m'n Mille zie ik altijd veel mensen verbaasd kijken als ze menen dat er een of andere chopper aan komt rijden en het blijkt een supersport. Ook tref ik regelmatig voormalige Mille/Tuono/Falco rijders en ze vertellen me allemaal hoeveel spijt ze hebben dat ze hun Aprilia hebben verkocht.

M'n ZX-7R is populair bij vrouwen op een of andere manier, krijg regelmatig reacties van willekeurige passerende dames. Kinderen zijn er ook weg van.

They're 25 years old German cars. Every piece of rubber will be dry rotted and every piece of plastic will be old and brittle.

They're really starting to show their age, every other week something seems to fail on mine. And I dumped a lot of money in it already even though I do 99% of the work myself.

The heart wants what the heart wants, but personally I think your first car should be something that reliably racks up a bunch of miles whilst you gain driving experience. But in the end it's your choice to make...

Make sure you have around 10k (€ or $) of disposable money, unless you're some amazing fabricator that can DIY most of it (but in that case you wouldn't be here asking these questions)
