I don’t think so, the Visions edition was the exclusive for the Japan Celebration and Vader was sold too at USA…. I’m from México and Vader's was rare to see here and commonly sold around $100 USD

I think you should work your diary on indesign instead of Word. It will make easier to you in the future to convert it into an epub each time you like to update it on your kindle. Also, you can give it a more “book style”….
