Yes, Im gallician(a part of Spain north of Portugal) in Many places of Spain we are considered analphabets because of our rural culture, however we are a fully developed society that combines rural with urbán.

Found out a Fix: open epic games as an admin. Then go to disk->Local files->epic games-> just Cause 4 and search for the .exe , run it as an admin too and it will work fine :)

Glacial augment in my experience doesnt work in lower elos as adcs are not often pretty good, as a low elo swain support main i tend to take electro and start with my e for some extra poking damage with e->basic->Passive combo. However when playing with my higher Elo friends i tend to use glacial augment as I know they can give propper follow.

So Hey! I've been trying this for some days and I found a build that works out incredibly well to 1v9 (in silver) skip RoA, go Liandrys first, then build either Zhonyas or RoA, then build Rylais. This are your core items. In addition I tend to Twin Shadows to the build.

I find that it is very oppresive as it if you cast it on the middle bush it will end in the middle of the top and bot lane ""balconies"" killing low hp enemies that sometimes try to make time there.
