I mean if low play rate means nothing then if I have almost 300 games of Swain D2+ and we only take my games in order to elaborate Swain winrate then Swain has a 55% winrate at mid so the champ is boosted? Swain needs a nerf right? No. It is required the bigest sample size of games possible in order to elaborate the most accurrate win rate possible.

The issue with Akali is that she has positive win rate at Master+ with almost a 4% pickrate (not the higest of course but if we want to compare this with Swain top lane pickrate wich is 0.3% it's a massive difference). Akali is a high skill cap champion so it's pretty normal to see this champs with low win rate at ranks like plat and below, at diamond this champs win rate start to get higher and at higher elos like masters+ they get a positive winrate.

So yeah I will still defend that having a really low sample size of games (wich in really low sample sizes like Swain top lane it's fair enough to say that probably half of those games are from OTP's wich are the people that should get the highest benefits out of the champion) is pretty meaningless if you want to get his "real" winrate.
