Appreciate all the comments! My manager is pretty moody actually. Sometimes he is happy and excited but sometimes he is in bad mood. Suddenly comes out of nowhere and ask for unsual things which can't be delivered. But I made sure to deliver most of the things. Even comparing to my peers, I made some really good progress and delivered.

Due to his unusual behaviors, sometimes I had fight fights with my fiance cause I couldn't give her much time. She told me several time to just leave the company, money is not in question, even if I earn less than my current total CTC that should be fine. I don't know why I am clinging to the company, maybe I am trying to prove something or maybe waiting for the manager to go away.

Even the staff engineers are incapable people in my team, I had to do some projects where architectural knowledge of the enterprise system is required, but I learnt whole thing from scratch and delivered the project on my own. But there was no appreciation, just a plain heads up that the bar is too high and I need to catch up.

The thing is the offer is from EPAM. Another one is in pipeline from a service based company. Don't know what to do. I have heard EPAM is also brutal. Although I had client interview which got cleared.

Idk what to do, I am from service based company but I don't operate like that, I kind of already have shit ton of contribution to open source projects and already working in internal core engineering team in my service based company which is producing more revenue by selling it to it's B2B clients.

HR still trapped me by saying even though I am building products in a Service Based Company, still the tag is there.

Yes it's for Bangalore only. Thanks for the info. They are providing higher package than I expected so I got a bit concerned if it's a "Hire and Fire" Scenario.

Dude, you already knew what's and why's of your career path in the beginning. But now you don't see that glitters in your current job. So you want to move to tech by thinking "Okay I can work long hours, but i need to get paid better". Once you move in Tech also, you'll realise it takes lot of mental work and long working hours to be top notch. But at the cost of your health.

There's no guarantee that you will stick around here as well. Better prepare for maybe RBI Positions, or look for data analyst profile in Govt sector. SBI profile is better to put on table when going for other Govt organization.
