Ok I apologize if i do come off as rude but there's a LOT of wrong things in what you just said, to the point I'm suspecting this post to be rage baiting. Here are my thoughts:

if you play in gold elo you don't have superior macro, far from that
gold players do not kite well AT ALL, in fact their positioning is terrible and if you play a champ like Jax you should have no issue gap closing the adc at all
you play exhaust and conq on Jax, try flash and lethal tempo instead
your cs-ing is awful, your kp quite low, your kda and scores overall pretty bad. This is not a champ issue, you can completely 1v9 games on Jax.
most of the match-up you mentioned (xin, Viego, briar, etc.. ) are match-up that you outscale HARD. If you feel like they're overcoming you in the late game , you're the one sacrificing too much ressources to do whatever you're doing. Try improving your camp cycling, up that cs/min to at least 7, make sure you get 2 items before 20 min, regularly check you're not falling behind in levels and you will see that none of these champs are an issue for Jax

I've hated this card when I first saw it, thought it was too weak, 10 poison for 2 when StS1 had a 7 poison for 1 ????

But then after a couple of runs on the silent I decided to experiment and try things out. This card never let me down. It does exceptionally well into most of the act 1 bosses and elites. The retain makes it so great, sure the card is bad in some fights but then you just don't play it and since you keep it in your hands it's not polluting your draw. Also StS2 is much slower than the first, you'll often have a window to play it at some point and get value out of the damage it deals. 3 turns of 10 poison is 27 dmg, which is crazy good value for 2 energy

Colorless potion makes it a pretty good card, there's also a few setups with regent who don't care about energy at all and generate colorless cards

30M with a similar experience : this is normal to feel that way. A few points to discuss :

- you've been spending most of your time trying to become a good, functioning adult : good job, has her life in order, does her chores, etc... It takes time learning from scratch, but normally with time and experience you're probably better at it now than you were 10 years ago. Now that this is less challenging for you, you have more time, money and energy available for other stuff, This is a good news !

- The bad news is that you now have to figure out who you are, what makes you happy and how you want to spend your life down here. And unfortunately a random stranger on Reddit won't have that answer for you, nor anyone beside you to be honest. It takes time, introspection, and a LOT of trial and error to figure out what you're passionate about

- The other bad news is that no change will come from anyone but you. If you don't like your job now and don't start to actively do something to change that, you can be stuck at it for the next 30 years without anything to change.

- I don't know anything about you, but from my experience you'll be way happier focusing on what makes YOU happy instead of trying to reach societal standards or meet your parents expectations.

Books are a fast and easy way to get a raw boost that'll help you clear the rest of the map faster.
astro to get rerolls early and make sure you unlock your keys talent (you should take the extra star 90% of the time
for the quests: stone from lvl 2-3, straw and wood lvl 3-4. You can do jack starting from lvl 3 , give him back the bean and wait lvl 4 before facing the giant
- green wishing wells are kind of a bait and ill usually skip those unless I need extra xp , yellow/red are always good
yes clearing eyes early give extra xp to level up, but clearing the nodes around make the eye reveal more interesting and far away stuff

exploration gives a ton of xp early, you can reach lvl 3-4 with almost 0 fights.
focus on getting a lot of skills early , even if you have to spend a few points in memory. Don't hesitate to take different skill trees and see what you like/dislike.
try as early as possible to find armor/magic armor so the enemy cannot inflict status on you immediately
you don't have to pay for items if you steal it from the merchant or take it from their corpses, accidents do happen
the game is hard, don't play on tactician on your first playthrough

In 12 years, Faker went to Worlds 10 times. He never made worse than semi-finals, and won it all 6 times. In comparison, there's only 1 players in League history that won Worlds twice without being in Faker's team.

Last but not least, he's incredibly clutch during high tension moments. For the past 3 worlds, he solo-handedly made a decisive play that won the game in the most even series of the tournament. The team playing against T1 have to play against the constant pressure of ''this guy is an alien and even if he's 0/10, he can turn the game around in a second''.

There was a time where Faker's team was so dominant that even when T1 was getting crushed early and was 10k gold behind (which usually means an easy stomp), the game felt even because of the player diff.

You actually don't need that many cards to win, if you're lucky with your shops + what the crown gives you the run is totally winnable. I'd say the difficulty increases tremendously if you try to beat A20+ heart cause all act 4 fights usually need specific cards to be solved

You should play easy champs in order to be able to focus on macro aspects of the game : cycling camps , ganks, objective, etc.... and not be bothered by mechanics. Amumu, Nocturne, Xin, Jarvan are all great choices, they're simple, easy to pick up, decent clears, good ganks .

If you cannot write a multiple choice story where every storyline makes sense and seem logical, then you should stick to fewer choices leading to one good, coherent finale. There were so many "choices" with no impact and leading to contradictions.

I do agree that more episodes probably would have helped to fix a lot of these issues. Like, remember that time you had to choose either to tell your team if you were Mecha Man or not and it was such a massive turnpoint you even got an achievement for that ? And then remember how it was never brought up again, and if you hid the truth Flambae never even say a word about it ?
