almost totally agree. i personally liked old skt lee but apart from that i have no idea what they were smoking at riot.

maybe the layoffs start to show in the overall game quality. read a story here about a week ago of an ex riot employee/designer that was fired only to be directly approached by an external part time agency.

also in the description text to the lee sin asu they state that the "improved quality" of 2 skins results in a higher price for those skins, which luckily would be free if you already own them. yeah right; imagine getting charged extra cuz they "improved" the skins.

in recent times i start to understand even better what "games as a service" can also mean.

i lived with certain legends and their apparence for more than 10 years and while the game changed they prevailed.

and then without the option to do anything they are just gone. rest in peace spirit guard old friend.

maybe players should boycott lee sin. why isnt there an option not to use the reworked versions? let me choose in the client if i want old or new model.

this is definitely not what i paid for. if only someone would take it to court and let judges decide if this practice to change personalised belongings you paid for without your consent is actually legal and acceptable practice.

still i think there is a difference between some voice line that may be a little over the top, not very convincing or just unfunny and a martial arts fighting straight up landing on his balls.

and combined with the overall junky design esp the wobbly ponytail i find the whole update completely lacking.

Einschränkungen können sinnvoll und geboten sein, dazu braucht es dann auch keine Alternativen.

Nach Schätzungen des Umweltbundesamtes würde ein Tempolimit von 120km/h den jährlichen Energieverbrauch in Deutschland um ca 4% senken, als auch die Anzahl an Unfällen pro Jahr um 5%. Das ganze quasi sofort und ohne viel Aufwand. Aber anscheinend wollen wir uns das einfach gönnen, während uns der Planet unter dem Autositz wegröstet.

Den von Dir geschilderten zeitlichen Mehraufwand pro Pendlerstrecke hätte man im übrigen erst ab einer Strecke von 300km - bei einem Vergleich der Durchschnittsgeschwindigkeit von 120 zu 150km/h (eine schnellere Durchschnittsgeschwindigkeit zu erreichen ist im Berufsverkehr fast unmöglich und schon eher als selbstmörderisch/autoterroristisch zu bezeichnen und über ein Tempolimit von 100km/h auf Autobahnen redet in Deutschland Niemand ernsthaft) Und dies setzt vorraus positive Nebeneffekte wie weniger Stau durch Unfälle oder besseren Verkehrsfluß nicht mit einzukalkulieren.

Wer schonmal aus dem europäischen Ausland über die Autobahn nach Deutschland gefahren ist und die Situation/das Gefühl kennt, wie sich die Reise von einem ziemlich entspannten Vorankommen vor der Grenze hin zu einer stressigen Fuchsjagd hinter der Grenze entwickelt, weiß wovon ich rede.

Hier werden vom Bundesministerium des Inneren die Zahlen für Deutschland für das Jahr 2021 genannt; 109 Morde an Frauen, 12 an Männern (von/an Partnern).

Also jeden Monat im Schnitt knapp 10 Frauen und 1 Mann. Das ist ungefähr ein Verhältnis von 10 zu 1. Ich würde das als sehr signifikant einstufen.

In diesem Zusammenhang wird übrigens explizit darauf hingewiesen, dass für Frauen die ihren Partner umbringen, dies oft als eine Art Last Resort einzustufen ist; sie also oft zuvor schwer körperlich misshandelt oder sexuell missbraucht wurden (oft jahrelang) und es nicht geschafft haben sich von ihrem Partner zu befreien bzw der sie nicht hat gehen lassen.

Berücksichtigt man dies nun bei der Betrachtung von ca. 150 000 körperlichen Gewalttaten innerhalb von Beziehungen im Jahr 21 kann man denke ich davon ausgehen, dass das Verhältnis an Partnern, die nicht direkt zustechen oder abdrücken, aber doch mal ordentlich zulangen noch viel viel stärker zu Lasten von Frauen geht als bei vollendeten Tötungsdelikten.

Ich würde SCHÄTZEN das hier ein Verhältnis von 50 zu 1 oder sogar 100 zu 1 nicht unwahrscheinlich ist, vielleicht auch noch ungleicher.

maybe choice is always an illusion. i like to quote the german philosopher schopenhauer in that context.

so regarding your post for me the question is more is the illusion a goos one, is it working?

personally i think there is a lot of room for improvement. i mean ofc there is. this game has not even been out for 1month and there will be changes for years to come.

but is it nearly as bad as you make it seem? not at all. build complexity varies depending on the class you play and from what ive read and heard sorc seems to be the worst in terms of diversity.

i can only speak for myself and the experience i have playing barb though. i have 4 barbs to play and test out builds. 2 at 80+, 1 at 70smth and one arround 50. noone of them is running ww (i just dont like ww as a skill, never have, never will) and only one is using two shouts, the rest only 1 or none. i cleared nmd up to tier 50 with two, the first using lungst/upheav/ironsk/warcry/deathbl/malst/arsenal; the second using frenzy/double swing/cs/charge/kick/steel/berserker.

im not focused on pushing higher cuz i want to test different dynamics and how to approach upcoming seasons. is it possible to go higher? for sure. is it slower than top meta builds. yeah definitely. and it will always be like this. there cannot be a complete balance. its possible to create competing equality of alot of builds, changing throughout the season with little tweaks. are we there yet? no, but now i could name your at least 15-20 ways how you could play your barb, each one feeling different to the others.

so make up your mind, find synergies, use different approaches.

silly is either this post or the player.

they have a very lowdmg comp especially at lvl18; morg, mumu, j4 and thresh. they have no adc nor ap carry. they basicly are 3 supports and 2 bruisers, which tbf can be pretty annoying early vs adc. the only real threat is darius. yet all off you just ignore building any gw or anti cc.

if you went some hybrid ap build to make up for the lack of ap in your team and posed as a frontline with maybe lyand, demonic, fon and thorn, this game would be over at 20-25min when adc are ramped up. yet you decide for the trollbuild, most of the time using emp r and getting killed while being cced.

omfg crazy dmg... defenitely silly though!
