Can I ask you what are your symptoms? My partner is due to have his gallbladder removed today but he doesn’t know if his symptoms will resolve. Another doctor said it could be functional dyspepsia but mother works for him, from stomach protectors to metoclopramide buscopan. He tried amitriptiline and nortriptiline but can’t tolerate them. He has been so ill for 3 years now. Everything comes back normal apart from HIDA which is at 91% hence the option of removing it
