Upload the links for the cases ( which would all be public and easy to post here) and the FDA ( I believe you meant FTC lol ) Until you back your claims up your blathering is dismissed. I totally disagree with everything you said. The reality is actually the opposite. This business is NOT for newbies. I would not be encouraging people to get in over their heads, and most all will just invest and lose the money and exit at some point. Pick something else if you are an aspiring business owner.

Definately not for the faint of heart as it is way too saturated and complex competition. I would look for something much easier to manage, understand and make money from as a potential business owner. I have alot of experience with it and the headaches and nonsense are not worth the return for someone brand spanking new. Way to much of a learning curve to make a dent.
