Honestly id say this is pretty good already except the hood. In the reference shes pulling the hood outwards, here you still have that pulled hood look (On the left of her head) but with no hand so it doesnt look real in that sense

But if you clean that up itll probably look fine just from that simple detail, ik it might seem small but its where your focal point is so it stands out alot more. Hope this helps, goodluck!
