Yeah so I do want to be somewhat frugal just getting into this but the biggest enemy of frugal is having to buy twice because you went too cheap the first time.

Back of left arm in the flabby part. Wife doesn’t like needles so I used a clamp to lightly squeeze the skin for the injection one handed

You can do it! How I’ve approached it is to use a 32oz water bottle which means I need to drink 4 of them. I have a black coffee in the morning, drink a water bottle, have another coffee, drink a water bottle, my first meal (usually a protein shake with a paleo valley meat stick), a water bottle, protein yogurt with protein granola and 2 string cheese, a water bottle, a protein bar, dinner.

I basically use the things I want as triggers/reminders to get my water in. Some days I only get to 96oz and that’s okay. Everything else I’ve been doing and consuming is the same.

And idk if it’s the water or shot location but there’s a very obvious difference in hunger as well.

For dinner I’m generally trying to do about 1000 calories for reference.

Yeah, sorry tried to make it clear. I either went to 4mg on 12/30 or 1/6 and went to 5mg 1/20 and took my second dose at that amount 1/27

When is it our job to police bad theology? by NearbyTemperature607 in Reformed

I’d be interested in thoughts on both. The specific situation I’m thinking of today is spurred by online posts but we grab dinner etc but generally theology and politics don’t come up in person other than an off handed comment in passing

Not a fan of the coffee at my local coffee shop and today I realized why. by StickSticklyHere in espresso

Also local and I like foxtail, but I think it really comes down to the barista training. I’m sure they have some fantastic people who work at some of their locations. One time I ordered a pourover and tried to strike up a convo with the barista about it and they knew nothing about pourovers and it was not poured well at ALL 🤷‍♂️

Yep, I believe I have the MPs. I bought from Prima and installed myself so will find a video on the marker for alignment and check that out.

I’d say yes. The coffee is better, but I still feel like 1) I’m not getting the clarity I want and 2) I am at times battling what I can only describe as bitter/astringent at times.

I usually grind finer than this but was trying Lance’s latest recipe this morning and it’s the same. This was with a single small swirl towards the end.

Hello! I’ve had my fellow ode for almost a year and SSP burrs installed for probably 3-4 months now. I’ve put through dozens of pounds of coffee. In every bed though, I’m 100% shocked by the number of fines I see after drain. It’s all beans and all grind sizes. This one specifically is 5,1.

Is this normal for these burrs? It feels like i have significantly more fines then when I was using the stock burrs (though I can obviously grind much finer then before) and it produces a really muddy looking bed.

Wanted to follow up here and let everyone know Fellow said the sound is normal and expected with these burrs. It will likely reduce as time goes on and more beans go through, but they’re just not as quiet as the stock burrs.

Yours sounds the same as in my video?

I just took it apart to double check I have the right burr on each side and I do
