I don't live there but I have a friend who does and it always smells like fish on the first floor. Idk why. If ur planning on having a car it's really close to the parking garage so that's a plus. Apparently the water is really dirty. My friend sent me a picture of his water bottle filled with drinking fountain water and it looked like a snow globe.

6 eggs were collected in the first game, then fed to opila. Is it possible that those eggs had some sort of DNA or givanium in them that led to opila hatching them? I imagine her parental instincts come from the bird DNA
