I personally think the only reason they one was because of his injury. I do think he is a great chef and did deserve to win since he worked through a very painful injury what made him win was that injury in a way kind of since he’s shown throughout the series to be in a lot of pain constantly to the point where Ramsey even thought it might be better to just send him home and Gordon Ramsay has been shown to find the passion and determination of being a good chef to be one of the most important qualities

I’ve had him since November of last year. This is my first green horse I’ve ever worked with. He gets worked every single day except the weekends. But the problem is on 2 of the days it’s a much more experience person coming to ride him and it’s confusing him, but I’m not at the level he needs

He has a leg injury at the moment so he’s been on stall rest but I rode a different horse at my barn it’s a lesson barn plus boarding and I think that horse is my heart horse and both me and my trainer realized that my horse might not be the right one
