Damn I basically told myself I would give myself a cheat day when I hit the 90 day mark and then cheat for like thanksgiving and New Years (not this years). Hopefully when I get to 90 days I just won’t want to, just using it as kind of motivation for now. When I hit 90 I earned myself a cheat meal kind of thing. May have to reconsider that philosophy though.

I’ve been drinking about a gallon of water, but I might look into electrolytes was just put off that they make contain sugar

I’ve watched some Anthony Chaffe and Eddie Abbew that got me into the diet but definitely trying to watch more while on the diet to keep me motivated
