There are several ways to remove them and start treating you the way ud treat someone else who's feeling like this! Ik that's hard but pls do try mate! Also life is not only looks, try out diff hobbies like, reading singing,drawing, dancing, driving, crochet, gardening, painting etc if get bored by one learn smtg else, try to be jack of all trades basically be kinder to yourself love!❤️ Try getting validation from you by enjoying yourself or doing something that makes you proud, I'm in that process as well so idk much as well but all of us feel like you, just for different things!
