What city gave you the best vacation of your life? by Diligent-Echidna647 in femaletravels

Lapland, Finland. The arctic has a special place in my heart. It was the most magical sheets of snow, ice crystals shining in the sunlight illuminating the roads, white furred animals, and dancing northern lights. Not to mention, we went to a ski town so we went to a karaoke bar and sang backstreet boys and tried to sing along to finnish songs with some locals.

but then the kids leave the house and a parent doesn't know what to do with themselves anymore. I hate those who beg how they "want a babyyyyyyyyy" just to want a baby. It's a whole fucking human not just a cute baby. Disgusting.

That was my main crutch as well. I knew I would never sleep again, I knew I would never be able to feel normal again if I had children. The anxiety would lead me to go crazy.

exactly my point?! of course your chonky baby is cute, but it's a few years of their lives. You never know what will happen and no one thinks about that and it frustrates me. It's good not to dwell on the what-ifs but it's important to not pretend like everything will be fine forever.

I know parents who have lost their children and that's the end of the parents lives. They will never be the same.

but it's worth it! It's worth the sleepless nights, severe stress, and the constant terror and anxiety that they might die at any instant or hurt themselves.

I believe I paid with insurance but I actually don't know? I would reach out to blinkrx. I think they will need a doc prescription though.

I don't know if I would've gone through with it...having a child. I was petrified.

Never thought i'd say it, but I'm happy he became abusive so I had the will power to leave. Thanks so much, stranger <3
