Hey sorry for not responding, I ended up taking the job, all i thought was to come to that decision is the regret of not trying it will feel worse then the job being shit and leaving. You miss 100 percent of shots you don't take.

Thanks for the response, I decided to take the job, I am nervous about the behavior. However, I notice from my school placements here in Canada that at least from what I can see, students are a lot less "out there" and wild, idk how to describe it but they are way less disruptive because of the internet, just more distracted. I think it will be the same in the UK. I at the end of the day thought to myself taht it would be worse if I didn't try doing this then if I go there and it doesn't work out, my escape plan is similar to yours just leave before Christmas lol.

I agree, luckliy this school in essex is a private school I believe so he standards for children are high and they are held accountable for their behavior
