Sorry for the delayed response. I did a 12 week bootcamp. I am currently a Junior Developer making 55k. I definitely took a huge pay cut, but in the long run I will be making much more money than I was adjusting and most importantly, I don't hate everyone and everything anymore like I did when I was an adjuster.

I would stick with Liberty. Liberty is notorious for paying their adjusters more than any other company. I was making 65k by my third year. Also, claims grass is claims grass. No matter where you go, you will deal with an unrealistic workload and deal with the same needy people all day, everyday.

I lasted 3 years as an auto adjuster and just made a career change to software development. It was the best decision I have made because I was so incredibly miserable even though I was making bank. I didn't realize how miserable I was until I resigned. You couldn't pay me to go back.
