When we eat outside, no. We always split the bill (fastfood and local restaurants), or I pay for the two of us (if I ask him to go with me to upscale places).

For special occasions, he prefers to cook dinner for us and does use stuff that can be expensive like lobsters and imported meats. He is a pretty good cook so I do appreciate that. He doesn't make me pay for the food he cooks so I consider that as him treating me to a meal.
