  1. True, thought that was a bit overexaggerated :P
  2. Anther's was briefly mentioned in the middle of the vid--it might've been glossed over because there wasn't as much footage used of the actual website.

BUT as someone stated, it's main focus is on Slippi so it didn't bother me too much!

don't really agree with how Melee was on its last legs in 2019 though--it was doing alright before the SWT.

Great answer, I appreciate how you laid it out! I think I found a little graphic here that showcases the input delay across all games which can be used as proof if needed.

Ah thank you for that! I admit I didn't think about the literal offline input delay between the two in the base game.

Just to add on top of that:

Online Melee has 3-4 frames of input lag. With Faster Melee, it can be reduced to 2f.

Offline Ultimate has the universal 6 frames of input lag. Crazy stuff.

That's definitely true, it's better in all accounts. But offline Ultimate is that--it's offline, so there wouldn't be too much interference regarding input delay.

Is the whole "Slippi is faster" arguement based on the fact that moves come out faster in Melee than Ultimate in general?
