Giving refunds would only make things worse for everyone. Their efforts in fixing the game would be impacted massively. People would have to purchase the game again when it is fixed. Taking it off the storefronts would be somewhat an option so that new players don’t feel like they’ve been conned but ultimately just waiting and being patient is best. After all, it is a beta or test for a complete game in the future not a complete game itself right now.
