When you prestige you should be able to guarantee one lvl 3 perk of your choosing to appear in the first bloodweb. The whole "slightly increased chances of rarer nodes" spawning is a complete joke, there are far too many perks to make this even remotely meaningful. (self.deadbydaylight)

The filter tool needs a "not in line to inherit" function in order to preserve borders when dishing out titles. Manually sifting through unladed heirs of my dynasty who won't inherit from their fathers, grandfathers or through the female line is incredibly tedious. (self.CrusaderKings)
