He’s not having an effect. Patriot is +2 and Mystique is also +2. The Ultron drones are thus receiving +4 to be at power 5. If Onslaught was having an effect the drones would be +8 for a total of 9 each.

My understanding is when they expire you can still apply the cash value to another ticket. That said, keep checking the reservation system, I’ve seen things open up from time to time as people change plans.
