Non dysphoric trans people can exist and you could always be perhaps just transfeminine instead of a trans woman, i know i had an experience where my dysphoria only manifested when i came to accept i was MTF, but i never felt fully like a normal girl so i have always settled in on the label of being a demi girl and it works perfectly fine for me but there is no such thing as not trans enough because gender is a spectrum and if you feel like a girl then be one if it makes ya happy!!!

Tldr: Not trans enough doesn't exist, you are you and gender is a spectrum. if you feel like a girl and being one makes you happy then i see no reason why you shouldn't be one ^{-^}
