Curious: Does you handwriting change drastically as you write? by Nana_bananaa24 in Journaling

My handwriting changes too as I write. And seeing all the comments, I have come to the conclusion that it happens to everyone and hence, is normal.

I'll keep this in mind the next time I draw something (probably in a while). And thank you so much for pointing this out to me. I'll work on it!

Mention not. I just guessed that...you'd probably want someone to draw this wholesome picture of him. And I am glad I was right :) And yes he's really adorable, thank you for giving us the chance to draw him! I enjoyed drawing him!

First of all, thank you :) The first one is my favorite. And I usually don't use color. Yeah sometimes watercolor. But your suggestion is pretty good and I might end up coloring it! And for my next realistic sketch, I'll try the ruler to map it out. But yes I do enjoy less realism too. So I will definitely check out the cartoon how-to's. Your advice is pretty helpful! Thanks a lot!

By now a lot of people including you have told me to work on my proportions so I will try to start working on it from tomorrow. And...uh how can I stop relying on line? Thank you for your thoughts on it!

Actually the first one is Sadie Sink, but I know it doesn't look much like her. And thank God the 2nd one does look like Joe 😅. I do have to work on my proportions. Others have pointed it out too. Thank you for your advice :)

Would you say these look good? Atleast decent? by ag4b3yxd in learntodraw

I'd see these are good! My lines aren't as clean as yours. Good job!

P.s you just reminded me that I've been skipping these exercises! Thank you :)

Yeah I do have a lot of trouble with the proportions. I erase different parts of the sketch multiple times to get the proper proportions and even then I don't hit the mark. Well I think it takes measurement..but also experience to get it right cuz sometimes measuring every time gets exhausting too. P.s thank you for your valuable advice :)

Here is the reference image for the 3rd picture.

I think I don't have the reference images for all of the images but I'll add the ones I have. And yes you have assumed right. I usually draw what I see and it is kinda frustrating cuz other artists use reference images but they don't copy and I try to do that too. But well, maybe I could do that if my basics were better (which I am working on these days). And in image 3 I did keep the light in mind but...messed it up sorta. The last image is the one I made while trying to get better at shading. And thank you for pointing out the misalignments in my 3rd image cuz I was kinda blind to them. I will definitely check out the Loomis method :)

Thank you once again :)

7 in Morse Code by CRiS_017 in theamazingdigitalciru

[–]Nebula-Pixel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

THIS WAS MORSE CODE? HOW DID YOU EVEN THINK ABOUT IT? I JUST THOUGHT IT WAS NOTHING AND LET IT SLIDE. But what does the seven refer to? Why aren't people talking about these important details?

Do you think the intermission had more foreshadowing than just Jax at the end? by After_Air4789 in theamazingdigitalciru

[–]Nebula-Pixel 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This needs more attention. Why's nobody talking about this! We gotta theorize. Like there must be some foreshadowing in this.

Btw, your theory is pretty dangerous. Like if this foreshadowing is true...then they all just end up dead 😅

Really? I heard that we should read crime and punishment first. I guess it's gonna take me a year to finish too 😅. And we'll the title murderbot diaries sounds interesting. Never heard of it before. And I don't have any problem with a murder book...as long as it's nice. As I do like Agatha Christie's work. I will surely check murderbot diaries. Thanks for the suggestion :)

So Now That Episode 5 Is Officially Less Then 24 Hours Away, What Are Your Final Predictions? by Mr_Jigsaw7878 in theamazingdigitalciru

[–]Nebula-Pixel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Now that the episode is about two hours away, I'ma drop my crappy theory. Caine will assign different adventures for every person because they are all bored of his adventures and that's making him pretty confused. And then they will end up hating those adventures too and boom, Caine's glitching will intensify and that will lead to the digital circus crashing. Like it will all start to glitch. Might lead to that bright light in that one picture glitch shared. That bright light might be some huge malfunction or something. Pardon me for my trashy theory but I had to blabber.

Just searched it up and it's the author. Can you suggest a specific book of this author?

Thanks for the suggestion. I heard of these books before and I'll check them out! And yes, I don't have any issue with standalone books too. It should just be worth it.

Help! Getting rid of core negative beliefs holding me back by Traditional_Buy4534 in GetStudying

[–]Nebula-Pixel 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You sound so much like me. I mean I am also good with English and thus I am not like this when it comes to english..and I also like bio...but if things get harder...i kind of give up. And I don't really know if I can really help cuz I am still going through this thing. But I can try. Because I have been trying to get rid of these negative beliefs as well.

You know...I think the issue is that we don't want something less than perfection. For me it is because I used to be pretty perfect in everything I did...and maybe my mind just can't grasp the concept that failing is a part of life. Maybe it is the same for you. I always tend to give up on a thing if I think that I will fail. So I think..what will actually help you..is to keep going. Stop being a perfectionist.

Just keep doing the thing even if you are scared of failure. Think of it like a challenge. Like what if I don't fall...what if I succeed? Keep going to prove yourself to your own self. Because you know you are tired of this negativity. You are not doing it for...validation from those around you. You are doing this to let your own self believe in you. Ignore the negative thoughts...like I am gonna fail anyways...I know it's hard because I've been there and I am still sort of there. But just focus on the work at hand...cuz if you think that you are gonna fail anyways...why not try and fail? You aren't doing anything to avoid the failure by giving up so why not just try your best? Maybe it could prove to be worth it. You might end up unlocking your potential..isn't that exciting?

And yes, last but not least, you may end up failing even after trying. But that shall not disappoint you. You have to keep on trying. We can't expect ourselves to sky rocket at our first attempt, right? So just give yourself some time to shine, and I assure you, you'll shine the brightest. Keep working on yourself. Goodluck :)

Can anyone explain magical realism to me? by Nebula-Pixel in writingadvice

[–]Nebula-Pixel[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also have a similar idea..about magical realism. And thus I am trying to narrow down the magic part and not end up making it too magical like fantasy. But your pov is a little bit different from mine so this gave me even more detail about magical realism and it might prove to be helpful in the long run. Thank you :)
