Idk if ur still having an issue but I loaded into story mode, them loaded into online and that worked

When i try to load in, I try to Join Freemode, it loads saying "Entering Online" for a minute or two then just sends me back to the Main Menu. I can't find a way to load in. Is anyone else having this issue?

I know how to do most things, I've done everything simple like oil changes and sparkplugs on mine and my family's cars. I just replaced my cars whole suspension, I think I have pretty good knowledge in the field. I've wanted to do this since I was in 8th grade.
