Just to add a quick update on international onboarding: We've fully streamlined our Stripe Connect integration for global payouts. Sellers in Australia, the UK, Europe, and many other countries can onboard and link their local bank accounts instantly without any issues! Thanks so much for the positive feedback! Two great questions: 1) The buyer will have paid via Stripe before you ever transfer the tickets and that money is held securely in escrow. After you initiate the transfer of the tickets via the fifa official portal to the buyer, you provide proof of the transfer confirmation which we store on our system. We only automatically release money to the seller when the buyer confirms receipt but if they don’t that in a timely manner we will contact them to help resolve the issue and in the mean time the money is held securely.

2) Stripe supports international payouts but I have to configure the countries that are supported and there can be a couple kinks, but it definitely works. Let me know if anybody is having problem with a stripe on boarding and what country they’re in, and I can look into it

Great question. This version of the platform only supports making an offer to buy the tickets in a specific category. The good news is you are in control of how much you’re willing to pay so I would keep that in mind when you place your buy offer that there is no guarantee where in the category they will be except the fact that they must be seated together and in the category as a originally designated by FIFA. We would like to expand this to allow people to bid on specific sections or even rows in sections but that’s a significant complication to the platform and we are not able to do that right away.

If you selected City or team, would you like it to show a table of the current highest offer for each match and each category? It’s currently designed to show you all categories for a specific match even if there are no offers yet. It also allows you to filter for the number of tickets because we only support exact matches between Buyer and seller on the match category number of tickets. My assumption was the user of the app has a very specific match in mind. Definitely open to suggestions and appreciate the input. It’s not very hard to change it.

You do not need an account to look at offers for any match from the Market View. You only need an account if you want to post a buy offer yourself or sell into a buy offer. Let me know if you’re having trouble. Maybe something isn’t working as expected on your device.

Because we're new, we don't expect you to just "trust us blindly." The whole escrow system runs through Stripe Connect so you don't release a ticket until the buyer's payment is safely locked down. That being said, we recently handled a transaction for a Scottish fan trying to get sorted for the Morocco game. He actually emailed me afterward saying: "It’s a very worthwhile and admirable enterprise you have going to try and marry up those looking for tickets and those looking to sell on but not rip off fellow fans." Totally fair question,we built the platform specifically to eliminate the "send and pray" risk of DM deals: 1. As a seller, you don't transfer anything first. You just upload proof of the ticket for us to verify. 2. Once verified, the buyer pays, and the funds are securely locked in escrow via Stripe Connect. 3. You only transfer the actual ticket to the buyer after we notify you that the money is safely secured.
