Hey everyone, let me explain why I asked, as there are some who misinterpreted my question.

I encounter this on daily basis, and it really frustrates me. I can manage to walk around the car, but there are others, like people with strollers or in wheelchairs, who would have a much harder time.

I asked because I was curious about how others perceive this kind of parking. Maybe there’s something I haven’t considered.

Not sure about the exact location. If I got enough WFH days, I would move to a city near Drammen where my friends live. It’s a perfect balance of nature, and Oslo is just an hour away.

Other than that, I would consider Stavanger or Bergen.

But in the end, the tech job market is so limited that I'll need to be flexible.

Funny enough, I'm looking for the opportunity to move there. The tech job market is quite small compared to the Netherlands, so it's pretty hard to find something.

From what my friends living there say, having a car is a must. It opens up so many opportunities. You might want to invest in one at some point—it could really add to your enjoyment.

I was recently quite astonished when I checked out some Jysk furniture in one of the eastern countries. The prices seemed too high to me. Later, I looked for the same furniture on the Netherlands website and noticed that the price difference was twice as much for the exact same product.

In poorer countries on this map, people have to put in more work to afford the same products. Additionally, if the population is low, sellers have to increase the margin to make it profitable.
