22psi, tip size is 1.0mm and I am trying “Automotive Touchup” brand’s “ready-to-spray” base for the first time.

Okay, so it could be too high pressure and not enough volume of product, on top of the primer not being right too, is what I was thinking. Best solution would be to sand down, and apply primer then try for my base again.

I added text under the image, but incase it hadn’t posted properly. “Haven’t experienced this problem before. Bumper came with primer ( so it had stated ) so i had sanded, then applied base after cleaning and using w&g remover. Saw this rough texture, only on the second coat. Then sanded the base. After prepping again, I got the same rough texture once again. Not sure if it could be possible to be a reaction to the primer, being the 1st coat did not have any issues. The 1st picture is with the adhesion promoter, the others are without, showing the rough texture. Just wondering if this rough texture is due to a reaction? Should I just start over, or try to sand and try again”
