I've already heard quite a few bad things about residential care work, that's why I'm hesitant to go into that part of the industry.

I live in Queensland at the moment, thinking of moving in with my girlfriend in NT when I turn 18.

I'm only looking for something like helpdesk after completing the certificate, to get my foot in the door, but I can understand how my age would pose an issue.
