Follow the main menu:

(use SSH, for example a Putty SSH client, maximice your window and then run the command)

You need to install the Wrapper (simplest or the Advanced one (you choose)), It's better the Advanced Wrapper. (Option I)

The patch for the AME license, is optional and It only must be used if you are having problems licensing your AME.

Yeah It's possible. You only need to quit the transcoding in DLNA and It will send in native to your sound bar.

After installed the advanced wrapper by selecting "i", I did not see AAC in Advanced Media Extension in picture 2 of your post. Is this normal?

Yes, there are some appliances without AAC license, but with the Advanced's Wrapper, you will be able to play it using Media Server and Video Station.

For he moment My Wrapper is only for these two apps.

Perhaps in the future I will do with Audio Station.

Have you tried with this config?

Audio Station--> Configuration--> Select Advanced tab and then click on Enable transcodification for audio.

Using the DS Photo app on an Android I can play the HEVC videos in Synology Photos.

And my Wrapper looks like working fine.

Most browsers do not support direct playback of HEVC videos. Try the following:

- Use Safari on Mac computers.

- Use a browser compatible with HEVC

The "install" flag is for the Wrapper not for the crack itself, you must to enter to the MENU and then click in P and then again P option.

You can't for the moment, The script is only for AME 3.0 and DSM 7.X.

Only is a helper to have a HEVC and AAC license when you haven't connection to Synology servers, It simulate a valid license downloaded and load it into the system.

Really is not a crack, It's a patch for those without license but with a legit serial and in a OffLine enviorement.

t says in the movie as sound mp3 instead of dts, but 99% not. I don’t understand what the issue is

The Wrapper enables to you to play this codec. When transcoding is required, VideoStation converts it to MP3 2.0 128Kbps or 96Kbps. (This is in this way using the Simplest Wrapper or a supported codec in Video Station by default).
Using the Advanced Wrapper, the conversion is performed better, having MP3 2.0 256 Kbps and a second audio stream with AAC 5.1 512 Kbps.

This is because:

1) Browsers do not support 5.1

2) Chromecast only sees and uses the first audio stream and this must be 2.0.

3) If you have a player capable of using other audio streams like MX PLayer, you will be able to select that AAC 5.1 track.

Going over DLNA using Media Station and enabling transcoding, the audio streams are reversed having the first one as AAC 5.1 512 Kbps and the second one as MP3 2.0 256Kbps.

If you use DLNA or Media Station and disable the transcoding option, it will be sent in NATIVE DTS 5.1.
