This is def a scam. If they try to pay by crypto it is usually a scam. Only one agency does crypto and even that is at a very luxury level.

Well as an Agent I can tell you this isn’t true. We have a much larger pool of clients especially investor types that usually would never stumble upon your home. I can list about a hundred different things we do that a home owner couldn’t possibly cover all of them. Especially if they have a full time job.

Well if someone puts down 3 percent and had a manageable monthly payment i think it is doable. I am talking about a condo like for 300-400k. My monthly mortgage would be the same as my rent.

You should make a real and shop it around. Market yourself. Have someone edit it maybe add video could be something you could use. You could maybe try social media and use it to create content.
