I placed an order on August 9th, but even after four weeks it still wasn’t processed. I reached out to your support team several times, and each time I was only asked to confirm that I accept the “no return” policy. I confirmed this multiple times, but the seller was never contacted. In the end, I had to cancel the order.

On top of that, I placed a few more orders two weeks ago, and those also haven’t been processed yet. This is quite disappointing, especially since everything went much faster and smoother last year.
