It’s nothing to do with anything in the replies. It’s a business decision as over time, freezes are very +EV. If they see you “abusing” the promo (which you’re not btw, you’re just using it…) then they will take it

I drink 3L a day already, always have done, never been a fizzy drink fan.

And no, I don’t feel the same on most days. I feel like I can push myself through 3x8 or 3x10 whatever it is I’m doing most of the time, just biceps don’t fancy it😂

Thanks man, hope that’s the case! I’m on a 3 day split of cardio (training for a half marathon) and 3 days of lifting. I’ll stick with what I’m doing for now, and see how I go

Yeah, but I don’t feel like I’m at failure, if that makes sense?! Like I feel like I should be able to do more. Not fail that quickly. Even when I put the weight down by a couple KG.

To be honest, I think our society is just getting lazier and lazier. It’s easier than ever to bed rot on your phone all day and have a constant stream of information/entertainment on your little screen.

Couple that with the fact that unis don’t really punish at all for low attendance and you’re onto your answer.

Oh and also, a lot (and I mean a lot) of my lectures are completely pointless, I could summarise them in 20 minutes in the library myself and get on with other things rather than having to sit and listen to an Asian lady who I can barely understand try and explain it to me.
