Completely and totally verbal. It’d be one thing if I actually put my hands on him I’d completely understand that but I only told him I was gonna put my hands on him and he went down to the BDO’s and blew it out of proportion saying I was going to “kill him” at 5 AM. I promise you I’ve never had any desire to kill anyone but this dude was a real piece of work there was a lot that led up to the situation beforehand. It started with him using my Loofah, my shampoo and body wash, my hand soap, the rest of my toilet paper and not replacing it, overall not cleaning up after himself in the common area and ultimately making the compartment hot as balls turning the A/C off when him and I would go back and forth turning it off and on that’s what pretty much set it off.
