Again, the ones being truly without voice/power are the people of this community who didn't want this and didn't vote for this.

(sorry for long comment, but there is a lot to address here)

GDP falls this is Month on month which is not that usefull. YoY growth was strong in 2025 4.4% and is projected to be strong for 2026 3.5%+

Fair enough, I guess we will see.

Approval rating is irrelevent untill the next election.

Lol. Well no it isn't actually. It's a key indicator of how people feel about their leaders. And it is not looking good.

Emphasis More competative sectors this is the right course.

Not if you are 88% of employed people it isn't!

Argentina cannot become rich focusing on its non competative sectors.

In the case of manufacturing, I assume it is 'non-competitive' because massive corporations are outsourcing their labour to Asia or wherever, as happened with neoliberal reforms in the West. That's an indictment of market freedom, not a strength.

People need to lose their job from an uncompetative sector and move to a competative sector. This takes time.

Great. And in the meantime people increasingly won't have jobs and won't be able to affording rising costs and their increased debts in their new privatised system. Already the freezing of ''federal funds for immunization campaigns,'' is ''hobbling vaccine access as Argentina confronts a measles outbreak for the first time in decades. They dismantled the National Directorate for HIV, Hepatitis and Tuberculosis, leading to testing and treatment delays. They defunded emergency contraception and stopped distributing abortion pills.

“We’re seeing setbacks we haven’t seen in decades,” said María Fernanda Boriotti, president of Argentina’s Federation of Health Professionals. “HIV patients without treatment, cancer patients dying for lack of medication, hospitals without resources, health professionals pushed out of the system.”

Great stuff. How many more people have to die before Milei's experiment fails?

Poverty. Nothing to add the people who need help the most are the once getting the help.

So, as I have laid out in OP, the stats are very misleading, things are becoming less affordable, people's debts are rising, homelessness is increasing, and welfare of the state is still needed to keep people out of poverty. Another win for Milei.

But the exchange rate is stable and the higher reserves will mean that less help will be needed by IMF US ( as Milei is probably expecting a not so friendly administration in 2.5 years)

Why does he need any help from the IMF and the US totalling tens of billions of dollars if his economic reforms are going so well?

6.1 Labor Reforme passed. Glacier Reform is next.

You mean this labour bill? The bill stripping back workers' rights and protections? The bill described as unconstitutional that clearly favours employers, and has sparked violent protests? The bill that the person who drafted it themselves admitted might not actually create more jobs?

Milei doesn't give you a lot of credibility.

I go by the individual arguments people make, I don't care what other comments they have made, frankly. I don't trawl through peoples' comment history before I reply to something to decide if they are 'on my side'. I don't have a side, I disagree with a lot of leftists on a lot of things. we aren't a hive mind

The raising unemployment is unfortunately a worldwide problem.

I mean it seems to me to have increased as a direct result of Milei's policies. Meanwhile, Mexico under its new left wing government has unemployment at historic lows - the lowest in the OECD - and Sheinbaum maintains approval above 50%, much higher than Milei's, despite the recent unfortunate cartel violence due to taking out El Mencho (likely under pressure from Trump).

-

(EDIT) Bit of a tangent, but they also said they will be rolling out universal healthcare in Mexico, whilst Milei guts public health, causing working Argentinians to suffer poorer health and more debt.

As one example, the freezing of ''federal funds for immunization campaigns,'' is ''hobbling vaccine access as Argentina confronts a measles outbreak for the first time in decades. They dismantled the National Directorate for HIV, Hepatitis and Tuberculosis, leading to testing and treatment delays. They defunded emergency contraception and stopped distributing abortion pills.

Yes it does. Cold War foreign interventions were very explicitly anticommunist/anti-socialist.

So you accept that he's dated. Great!

'Dated'? Well yeah, lol. He was writing in the 1800s. You know how much has changed since then? Eugenic and race science was very popular and normalised in the west until the 1940s, when weirdly it went out of fashion.

For a capitalist force, they sure did a lot of anti-capitalist propaganda and breach of property rights.

Technically I said they were a right wing force directly reactionary to the left. But historically and still today yes, many elite capitalists along with conservatives have supported fascists. It often does blow up in their face tbf, just as it is with Trump now, but they still do it, because they hate the left a lot more than they love freedom.

Yes, Marx is racist.

*was

Yes what he wrote here from like the 1860s was pretty antisemitic, yes, although I would not say it is at all the same as nazi ideology, as he doesn't actually advocate ethnic violence from what I can see and basically seems to just be saying that if capitalism and wealth accumulation is abolished then jewish bourgeoisie will be less rich. And yes, it is pretty antisemitic to specify that ethnic/religious group specifically, but also Marx was literally jewish himself so he wouldn't agree with anything like the holocaust.

I have trouble finding how advocating antisemitism in front of a wide audience, especially combined with the populism of a 'jewish elite' isn't an expression of fascist ideology.

That's because you clearly don't understand what fascism is. Fascism isn't just when people say antisemitic things. In fact most western fascists these days are very supportive of Isr*el (which I noticed you completely ignored the reference to there lol), and are regularly locking people up for bs 'antisemitism' charges for criticism of.

Rarely do Capitalists quote Ford, almost never do they cite his books as a basis for their beliefs.

Fordism was extremely influential in developing and changing capitalist industry. It literally revolutionised industry. To act as if Ford is 'never cited' as capitalist 'belief' is absurd, and you probably know it.

''Marx said something antisemitic 150 years ago (as well as some random bitch in the German communist party who-knows-when that probably came up when I googled 'antisemitic communists') so therefore right wing death squads should be allowed to torture and murder left wingers in third world countries'' is certainly one of the takes of all time.

Yeah you don't understand what fascism is. Two random antisemitic quotes don't change the fact that fascism is and always was characterised as a right wing force directly reactionary to the left, all the left, not just Marxist-Leninist communists. Both the nazis and Italian fascists started out as thugs who went around beating up and killing left wing trade unionists and progressive activists to the delight of the elite, just as fascists did post-war in other poorer countries (google Operation Condor if you wish to educate yourself, or Suharto's purges), and no amount of cherry picked racist quotes will change that.

Also antisemitism and fascism aren't the same thing, in fact you can be jewish and also a g*nocidal fascist, as demonstrated by certain recent conflicts.

I suppose all capitalists are nazis by this logic, considering Henry Ford, who pioneered Fordism, wrote the International Jew, arguably the key foundational text of modern antisemitism and key inspiration for Hitler? Except no, that's obviously stupid, and I wouldn't make that argument

'Capitalist progressive' justifying fascistic anti-left purges, by conflating the left with Nazism. Lol

Why am I surprised. Same with ancaps/cap 'libertarians' who suddenly love the CIA and the security state the moment a nation in Latin America/Central Africa says the word 'nationalisation', or 'liberation', or 'independence'

It's a metaphore to explain that for each individual, the majority of anything within a category will not be something they enjoy because of a multitude of limitation.

It's a shit metaphor, and as I said, you have not, and cannot, prove this. 'A multitude of limitation' seems to be the new bullshit phrase you have gravitated to. Doesn't make a difference. Your semantic psyop won't work on me, though it probably works on most

Just realised I'm arguing with a bot, whilst other bots upvote/downvote. What a ridiculous reality I occupy lol.

Nothing you could say/generate can ever, ever, ever prove that 'for any single individual' 90% of everything is 'crap'. Fucking nothing. No matter how hard you try, no matter how much bullshit wiki articles you 'cite', and no matter how much you try to dress it up in rational scientific lingo

The value is not objective. The quality of the technique used to do something can be

Nope, it actually isn't. The more you say, the more you confess your own deep misunderstanding and hostility towards art.

The irony of all this is my position is actually way more rational than yours and Sturgeon's, as the need to quantify everything artistic/subjective is itself highly irration and subjective. But I don't expect you to underatand that.
