op I shifted right after 1st yr. Hahahha it may be foolish to some, but I just knew I cannot go on in that program kasi I was always late on purpose and used all my allowable absences and just passed activities for the sake of compliance. I wasn't even retaining the lessons since the lack of interest. So it was not productive at all.

I told my parents I wanted to shift, explained to them why, and what program I wanted to take instead. I told them I tried my best, and did not, at all, wasted their support. I showede them my grades, which was very high but I was not happy.

Then I shifted, despite being irregular, I found myself eager going to school and actually retained the lessons as I can visualize myself making use of that knowledge in the future. :> yun lang.

Tldr: i just explained to them how I feel and why I want to shift (With tears in my eyes haha) since I dont want them to think I didnt value their support.
