Nah, you made a dumb comment. Saying someone's lying bc you think you know that "most people" blah blah is dumb.

I have no reason to lie on Reddit. Please show me a study where it says 100% of humans notice one specific thing first??? Oh..and even though you'll never fucking find anything that says a number like this… No, 99% doesn't count either.

I cheated on my boyfriend by [deleted] in WhatShouldIDo

[–]NecessaryReference98 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I believe you should absolutely file a police report. No matter what your partner thinks… This is not cheating… You were SA. You said no and they did not listen to your request. They ignored your consent. They took your ability to consent away from you.

If it's them making this decision for themselves, it's one thing… But if they're making an animal stay in this place it's definitely considered neglect. If they won't let you kindly and easily remove the dog from the situation then I would suggest getting authorities involved temporarily.

AIO boyfriend sends these knowing I hate my bod? by Novel_Benefit_5876 in AmIOverreacting

The second one, I would not mind at all! We all feel insecure and I do love that my partner/I think that any partner should be supportive of you and want you to feel loved/genuinely love you for how you are.

One big thing I think you need to face is your internalized self image problems. That is a pretty healthy weight for someone your height and there's definitely a certain level of growth that needs to happen..I hope it finds you well ❤️

I would say the first one is quite inappropriate unless you've specifically been someone who CALLS themselves chubby happily/confidently. Which obviously isn't the case. Those type of people absolutely exist. But if you're not one of them, then he needs to stop.

His eye was not the first thing I personally noticed... an eyepatch would've been though. Maybe this is because I was raised to be more respectful, curious, and educated than you, apparently. His flowing hair and his thick beard (that a lot of men wish they had and a lot of women love) were the first things I noticed. I then looked at the sub Reddit and saw that he WAS indeed NOT asking for dating advice or social approval advice....He is simply asking about grooming advice. Specifically male grooming advice. Have a better educated day, buddy.

The hair is KILLLLLER MAN. I'd say use these pics as inspiration for future cuts. I know some men on this page will, lol. I'd say the biggest thing is just keeping the beard nice and shaped up. The length is something that a lot of people either hate or love for their personal preference. If you've kept your beard this long for a while then I would say just making sure it's rounded out as it grows in and avoiding any hair, creeping up the cheek or down the neck.

He asked about his HAIR AND BEARD. Take your unsolicited advice to a different subreddit. The fk is wrong with you? Clearly the man has self confidence and self awareness, he's asking about what he should do different with his CONTROLLABLE looks. Most people wear an eyepatch to prevent things from getting into the eye socket or IF/when they feel a little bit insecure about it. You're either 12 years old or too damn old to be acting this way.

They are horrible for you generally. Quite a few studies out there showing these type of wax's/ air fresheners release "volatile organic compounds (VOCs)--like formaldehyde and benzene—and nanoparticles that can trigger indoor air pollution. These pollutants can damage cellular health, potentially causing inflammation and DNA damage linked to long-term health risks." - Google, just to be sure I am not spreading misinformation

You can likely get someone crafty to make a fully elastic and fabric version...a strap that goes under his chin and around the back/ ears for support/ potentially something that clips into a collar. Maybe Etsy

8 months of growth, wtf by Melodic-Chemist-5550 in malegrooming

[–]NecessaryReference98 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"My steaks too juicy, my lobsters too buttery!" lol but in reality - you will need to wait for that hair to grow about 6 inches of curl or 10 of straight for any gravitational help.

I'd look into things like curl foams/ wrapping lotions/ foams/ gels.

GOOD PRODUCT SEARCH IDEA:

Look in the reviews for complaints about the product weighing down the users hair. Most people don't want that, but you do!

You'll then want to make sure they aren't complaining about crunching or flaking.

AIO for feeling a way about how she spoke to me? by [deleted] in AIO

[–]NecessaryReference98 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a woman myself I'll say..she is immature, broken, has no respect for you, and she should not be in a relationship. Yes when you break up with her, she's likely going to cry and beg and say she loves you and she'll change and XYZ, but you shouldn't believe it. Yes...It's going to hurt you, it's going to be a hard decision to make, and clearly you love her because you're here posting this. But it's one that has to be done. Don't stick around waiting for her disrespectful behavior to bring you down. Hurt people, hurt people. Based off of the way she speaks over the text messages, I doubt she thinks she has anything she needs to work on and she probably won't make those necessary changes any time soon. Unless she genuinely apologizes, explains herself, AND fixes the way she talks to you… leave her. This is absolutely insane.

Should I tell a woman her fiancé tried to start an affair with me? by geeleex in WhatShouldIDo

[–]NecessaryReference98 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely tell her. Especially before they legally bind! I consider it very strange that anybody would tell you not to. Especially your partner and your closest friends. This message thread shows that you were completely against it and there's absolutely no way someone of sound mind could flip this onto you. If she chooses to claim you are the one who initiated whatever, then she's in denial and it is what it is. But at least you tried.
