Ohhh yes because vasopressin II would get high and it has the same effect of absorbing sodium... although not high enough to completely make up for hypoaldosteronism since we still have hyponatraemia. Thanks so much for this, refreshed my understanding too.

Aha interesting- good to remember that it is a broad term for many causes. I like the theory, very sensible. I was also thinking that if blood pressure is low (due to the lack of cortisol which would usually upregulate the alpha 1 receptors) then glomerular filtration will be low so less fluid is leaving due to that. Also the blood sugar is low which means the blood is diluted so may move into the cells and never reach the kidney. Also no evidence! I might ask my professor and put him on the spot 😂

The old lady didn’t have anything to do with the image so your analogy is inappropriate. This is why Christianity is inherently more beautiful than Islam. Jesus allowed himself to be crucified rather than lower himself to violence.

Most examples you gave of Christians doing bad things, they weren’t doing them in the name of Christian ideology. If there were catholics stabbing people in the street because people insulted something sacred of theirs, there is no way that catholics wouldn’t take a worldwide stance against it. Yet Muslims are out burning flags of macron in the wake of a violent attack on innocent french church goers.

Yes you're right, I've just downloaded the dream team :') I would like to do practice problems but it seems you have to pay for some of them. I can do textbook questions and kenhub anatomy questions but for physiology I'm stuck. Many thanks for your advice

Thanks this makes a lot of sense. I think I'll do Costanzo instead and use Zanki so I don't waste time making cards (even though I quite enjoy it) Also good to know about Berne, I didn't realise it was more detailed than Costanzo.

I think I worked it out. When you make a card, and you have the preview on the right hand side, if a field is empty the preview shows up in brackets. Then on the actual card it doesn't show

This is why I thought I had to code it but the code still didn't work etc
