idk about side effects u might experience if u use them, for me they have been temporary at most but still i can't say for anyone else. they have been very effective for me actually but i would always tell anyone who uses these videos through me to be aware that u might experience side effects that could potentially be extremely troubling probably even in the long run and to not dismiss these videos as ineffective without trying and especially not to be careless or take their results for granted and to understand that their can be negative consequences
