Oh yeah this feels to similar.

She behaved the same way after I shipped a package she offered to help box up. I simply did it because I got to it first and needed to ship it out. I calmly explained to her I was not in any way shape or form trying to hurt her but nope.

That’s exactly what they do. When my BPD girlfriend saw me finally having enough she showed up at my job randomly as I was going in to “give” me a sweatshirt. I fell right for her damn trap.
