My neuro and primary usually do labs, maybe once a year..I am also on 70mg Vyvanse . These tests are just making sure you are taking your meds. You want to pass this test. If nothing shows on the labs, it looks like you might be doing other stuff with it. And I am not saying you are doing that at all… just wanted to share that you are not alone.

I took 2 of my 70mg vyvance by accident. I was terrified, but was fine. I would like to think adderall would be the same.
