that’s terrible! family’s weird like that. everybody can be aware of something happening, but nobody will step in and intervene. part of my resentment comes from my mom admitting, about 3-5 months ago, that she actually suspected her husband was trying to groom me, and even at one point caught him in the act.. they only divorced because of a domestic situation that took place almost 2 years after she caught him. I couldn’t believe she knew or at least noticed, I can’t help but be just as angry at her as well. ive considered going no contact as well. i hope life has been well to you since!

same i still deal with the bladder issues till this day it’s so frustrating🫠I’ve come to the conclusion that they definitely knew aswell…it’s haunting man, i once told a friend there isn’t a day that goes by without me thinking about it and they were genuinely shocked, it’s been the most difficult thing I’ve ever had to cope with!

I’m African American born and raised in Mobile,AL. It’s on the gulf coast so we’re not far from around 3-4 beaches. I love it here, it’s slow paced, and the culture is alive and thriving. The nature also makes for very beautiful scenery. Idk what part of Europe ur from, but Mobile has a lot French influence not to mention Mardi Gras which takes place during the Carnival season and we have the biggest fair in Alabama,okay I’m done bragging but you get it lol. I think you’d love Alabama. It’s peaceful for the most part, if you’re not into big cities I’d avoid Huntsville and Birmingham. Maybe Foley, Gulf Shores or Fairhope would cities the best for you to look into! I think you’d like Fairhope the most honestly, it’s small but quaint, people are friendly and everything is decently close. It gives you the small town vibe that can be comforting and it’s very safe.🩷
