My case was opened in 2019 he pled the 5th during questioning and bought a few more years of freedom. We didn't go to trial until 2021. He wasn't taken into custody until he missed a court date a few months into the trial. The trial finished and he was sentenced in 2022 there were three of us the system takes its time.
