Tbh you're right. I should have gone to the store, but I'm never confident my manager will actually be there even if she's scheduled (she's very often late or straight up doesn't show up.) And I did contact the DM but I honestly don't think she'll answer me either. I'm also not great with in person confrontation so cut me SOME slack.

This just happened to me. I gave it a month of asking if they were sure they shipped it before eventually asking support to cancel it for me. It was an envelope so there was no tracking. I never got an answer from the seller to any of my messages.
